Currier After Hours is presenting NH Grown Beer at 6pm tonight featuring three local breweries— Smuttynose Brewing Co, the 603 Brewing Co. and Throwback Brewery.
The evening will include beer sampling, demos on cooking with beer, a make-your-own beer label activity, a short documentary about Throwback Brewery that is dedicated to farm-fresh beers from local ingredients and a performance by Manchester jazz singer and NH native Alli Beaudry. Free with regular museum admission.
The Currier Museum of Art is recognized as one of the finest small art museums in the United States, with an impressive permanent collection that includes the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Zimmerman House (a really fascinating place to tour).
