A hands-on, child-friendly museum of artifacts from around the world that focuses on other cultures, and where visitors can tour the exhibits with visual and audio aids. Hands on costume and puppet/marionette alcoves, gallery and collection of musical instruments. In addition to their permanent viewing and interactive collection they also have rotating exhibits showcasing folk arts, traditions and storytelling. Workshops and performances on a changing schedule.
Hours: Summer (Mid-June through August) open daily 11am-5pm, Winter (Sept. through mid-June) open Wed.-Sun. 11am-5pm with extended hours during local school vacations.
First Fridays: Free from 5-9pm
5-6pm KidCraft
6-7pm Reception with complimentary refreshments
7-9pm Performance
Admission: Adults $6, Seniors $5, Children $4.
